Workplace Protection Order Bill 2026
The Tasmanian Government is delivering on an election commitment to implement a workplace protection order (WPO) scheme in Tasmania to protect employees, employers, family members and other work-related persons from individuals who have engaged in personal violence, and property damage, in relation to a workplace.
